A friend of mine from work, Laurel Hahn, and her husband Matt told us of some fine Mexican cuisine that we needed to try on HWY 50 near Ocoee. It was a delicious taco cart that had carved out a spot just behind Just Brakes. They warned us numerous times that it was not fancy, but the food was worth the trip. We joined them for a quick dinner out of the back of their car and enjoyed it tremendously. Hunter loved his cheese enchilada, but more than that he loved collecting rocks. To each their own, I guess, because everyone left happy!
