Although I worked today I still had a very enjoyable birthday. Emily made me one of my new favorite dinners, salami bread salad, which if you have not had it is really delicious. Emily also made me this incredible gooey toffee butter cake that was TDF. I think it was worth about one week of Weight Watchers points but it was worth every bite. Grandma and the Colonel joined us for dessert and gift opening.
The best part of the day was watching and listening to Hunter scream “Happy Birthday Daddy” about thirty times throughout the day. Although I don’t love adding another number to my age it was fun sharing it with my family!
